Welcome to Orlando Fence Masters. By accessing our website (fencerepairorlandofl.com) or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Orlando Fence Masters provides fence repair, gate repair, storm damage restoration, and related services across the Orlando metro area. All work is performed by our licensed and insured crews or approved subcontractors. Specific work scope is confirmed in writing before starting a job.

2. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates are free and non-binding until signed by both parties. A written quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may change if the actual condition of the fence differs from what was described or photographed, if hidden damage is discovered during the repair, or if you request additional work not included in the original scope.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Once you approve a quote, we schedule your job based on our current workload and weather conditions. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled visit may incur a service charge. Weather-related rescheduling initiated by us does not incur any charge.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger jobs, a deposit may be required before work begins. Late payments may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Florida law.

5. Workmanship Warranty

Every repair we complete is covered by our 12-month workmanship warranty. This warranty covers work we performed if it fails due to workmanship issues. It does not cover:

• Damage from hurricanes, tornadoes, or other named storms
• Damage from falling trees, vehicles, or third-party impact
• Normal cosmetic weathering, fading, or patina
• Parts of the fence we did not repair or replace
• Damage from unauthorized modifications made after our work

6. Materials and Manufacturer Warranties

Materials we install may carry their own manufacturer warranties. We help you register products and file manufacturer claims when applicable. Manufacturer warranties are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms.

7. Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our crew, materials, and equipment during scheduled work. You are responsible for identifying and marking any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, invisible fences, or other buried infrastructure on your property. We are not liable for damage to unmarked underground items.

8. Permits and HOA Approvals

When permits are required, we pull them on your behalf. When HOA approval is required, we supply the paperwork most Orlando HOAs require. You are responsible for submitting HOA paperwork to your specific HOA and communicating any HOA-specific requirements to us in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orlando Fence Masters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to hurricanes, tropical storms, floods, fires, labor disputes, material shortages, or acts of God.

11. Website Terms

The content on fencerepairorlandofl.com is provided for informational purposes only. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of any content. Building codes, HOA rules, and Florida law change over time. Always verify specific requirements with your local authorities.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by Orlando Fence Masters or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
