General & Booking

General & Booking

How do I book a fence repair in Orlando?
Call (689) 342-4441 or text a photo of the damage to the same number. We reply with a written estimate the same day during business hours. No forced in-person visit for most repairs.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. All on-site estimates are free. Text-a-photo estimates are also free and often faster.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Orlando Fence Masters is a licensed and insured Florida contractor with general liability and workers comp coverage. Documentation is available on request.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes. We are open Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm, and answer emergency lines outside those hours through hurricane season.
How far do you travel for jobs?
We serve the entire Orlando metro: Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake counties, roughly a 40-mile radius from downtown Orlando. Response time varies by distance and daily call volume.
Emergency & Storm Damage

Emergency & Storm Damage

How fast can you respond to an emergency?
During business hours we typically reply within one hour and dispatch a crew within two to twenty-four hours. For hurricane and tropical storm damage response depends on volume that day, but we prioritise safety hazards first.
Do you help with insurance claims?
Yes. We provide dated photo documentation, itemized estimates and repair receipts written in the format your homeowners policy adjuster needs. We do not act as public adjusters.
Can you stabilize a fence today and repair later?
Yes. Same-day stabilization is our most common emergency service. We brace, tarp or re-anchor a broken section to make it safe, then return on a scheduled day for the full repair.
What if a tree fell on my fence?
Call us once the tree is removed. We can stabilize the same day if the section is a safety hazard, then schedule the full repair. If tree crews are still on-site we coordinate with them.
Wood Fence

Wood Fence

Can a wood fence be repaired instead of replaced?
In most cases yes. If posts are still solid we can replace pickets, boards or entire sections. When more than half the posts are rotted through, replacement usually makes more sense than piecemeal repair.
What causes wood posts to rot in Central Florida?
High humidity keeping the base of the post damp, sandy soil holding water against the wood, and freeze-and-thaw microcycles that concrete footings go through. Posts set directly in dirt fail faster than posts set in concrete.
Do you stain wood fences after repair?
Yes. We seal replacement boards to match your existing stain colour. Staining is best done a few weeks after installation once the wood has weathered slightly.
Vinyl, Aluminum, Iron

Vinyl, Aluminum, Iron

Why is my vinyl fence turning yellow?
Central Florida gets extreme UV exposure. Older vinyl without UV inhibitors yellows, chalks and becomes brittle after 5 to 7 years. Modern UV-protected vinyl lasts twice that.
How long does an aluminum fence last?
Powder-coated aluminum typically lasts 20 to 30 years. It does not rust or rot, so post concrete and powder-coat finish are the two things that eventually fail, not the metal.
Can rusted wrought iron be repaired?
Surface rust can be sanded, treated with a converter and re-coated. Once rust has eaten through the metal, that section needs welding in a new piece.
Can you match my existing fence colour?
Standard powder-coat colours (black, bronze, white) are widely available. Older custom colours and sun-faded fences will not match brand new pieces exactly. We recommend touching up the full run when possible.
Gates & Pool Safety

Gates & Pool Safety

Why is my fence gate sagging?
Sagging is almost always a hinge, post or brace problem. Hinges pull loose over time, posts lean from gate weight, and diagonal braces fail on wider gates. We usually repair rather than replace.
What are Florida pool fence code requirements?
Minimum 4 feet tall, no gaps larger than 4 inches, and gates that are self-closing and self-latching with the latch at least 54 inches from the ground. HOAs and county code sometimes add stricter rules.
Can removable mesh pool fences be repaired?
Yes. We repair torn mesh, replace tension rods, patch damaged pool-safety mesh sections, and re-anchor loose posts in the deck.
HOA, Permits & Guarantee

HOA, Permits & Guarantee

Do you handle HOA approval paperwork?
Yes. We provide the written scope, product spec sheets and photo documentation most HOAs require. We also work within specific stain colours, picket styles and height limits when the HOA specifies them.
Do I need a permit for fence repair in Orlando?
Most minor repairs (single pickets, panels, one post) do not require a permit. Full section replacement, height changes over four feet, or pool fences usually do. We handle permit pull when it applies.
What is your workmanship guarantee?
Every repair we complete is covered by our first-year workmanship promise. If something we did loosens, sags, cracks or fails within twelve months, we come back and fix it. No arguments, no re-quote.
Can you match my historic-district fence style?
For standard historic profiles yes. Highly ornamental antique iron may need custom fabrication. We coordinate with the City of Winter Park and Orlando historic preservation offices when required.
