What is covered

The workmanship warranty covers our work.

Anything we installed, replaced, tightened, welded, sealed or set – if it fails within 12 months, we make it right.

Posts we replaced.If a post we set leans, sinks, or loosens within 12 months, we come back and re-set it at no cost.
Panels & pickets we installed.Boards we replaced that split, warp beyond normal or come loose from the rail.
Hardware we installed.Hinges, latches, drop rods, gate closers. If our install fails, we fix it.
Welds we made.Iron and steel welds that crack or fail – we come back with the welder.
Coatings we applied.Powder-coat touch-ups, stains, sealants. If they peel, bubble or fail prematurely, we redo them.
Alignment we set.Gates that sag, rails that fall out of level – we come back to re-align.
What is not covered

The honest limits.

We are upfront about what workmanship warranties do not cover, because it saves everyone time when something happens.

Storm and hurricane damage.Named storms, tornado activity, or falling trees are covered by your homeowners insurance, not our warranty.
Vehicle or third-party impact.If someone drives into your fence, that is an insurance claim, not warranty work.
Parts of the fence we did not repair.If we replaced 3 posts and a 4th (that we did not touch) later fails, that is a fresh service call.
Normal cosmetic weathering.Wood colour fading, aluminum minor scuffs from lawn equipment, natural patina.
Manufacturer warranties

Product warranties, on top of ours.

Many of the materials we install carry their own manufacturer warranty. We help you register and file claims when needed.

Aluminum ornamental

Most manufacturers offer 20-year finish warranties and lifetime structural warranties. We supply the paperwork with the invoice.

Vinyl & PVC

Typically 20 to 30-year manufacturer warranties covering UV degradation and structural integrity. Registration required within 60 days.

Pressure-treated wood

Typically 10-year warranty against rot and termite damage from the treatment plant. Applies to the wood, not the paint or stain.

Gate hardware

Higher-end hinges and latches come with 5 to 10-year warranties. Basic hardware is one year from the manufacturer.

How to claim

Filing a warranty claim.

The process is simple. We handle it same-day when we can.

1. Call or text a photo

Reach us at (689) 342-4441. Text a photo of what has failed and mention it is a warranty follow-up.

2. We pull your file

We look up the original job, materials used and date of the repair. Warranty period runs 12 months from that date.

3. We schedule return visit

Same or next business day when possible. Priority scheduling for warranty callbacks.

4. We fix it

No re-quote, no argument, no fine print. If our work failed, our team returns to make it right.

Warranty in writing, every time.

You do not have to ask for it. Your warranty is on the same document as your invoice. Simple, printed, dated.
